Lucy Saxon is the youngest child of Lord Cole of Tarminster; of good breeding, good schooling, and good looks. This, in the main, is what the public is interested in, and so that is what she gives them. In reality, however, she's something of a little psychopath. In the most polite, gracious way possible, of course.

More important than her bloodline or her schooling, Lucy is the wife of the Time Lord known as the Master- or, to the poor idiots who populate the Earth, Harold Saxon. They met quite by accident, as she was the editor of his autobiography, but when it turned out that he was even more of a psychopath than she, it could be nothing less than a perfect match.

Appearance: Slight, blonde, and beautiful. Lucy appears pale and delicate, an English rose or a pretty porcelain doll. Her eyes are palest blue, and very expressive; shrewd or laughing or, occasionally, completely blank; at her most mad, the Master has said it's like he could see the Vortex in them. She (almost) always appears put together and elegant- ready for a photo at a moment's notice. In seeming contrast to the rest of her, her nails are long and painted a vibrant red.

Personality: At first glance, Lucy seems to be nothing more than a polite, collected lord’s daughter- well bred and well mannered, perhaps a little... intense, but otherwise unremarkable. In reality, she is quite mad- she takes a childish pleasure in death and destruction, and gets off on murder. She alternately despises and delights in the persona she affects, and takes great pleasure in mocking people who take it at face value. She tends to be coy and stick to that sort of vaguely sardonic politeness until she actually knows someone.

Lucy is a liar and an actress like nothing else; she is extremely skilled at deceit, and at concealing her true emotions. She is possessed with the smoothest of smooth tongues- proper blue-blooded British politeness fixes everything, after all, even if it is feigned.

Psychologically, Lucy is excellent at self-preservation. She has a very strong will, and if necessary, withdraws into herself, becoming detached from her surroundings in such a way that she can distance herself from any hurt she might feel. Or at least, act like it. For this reason, as well as others, people often tend to underestimate her, something she takes full advantage of.

Lucy lacks almost any empathy towards other people. She’ll pretend, of course, but in the main, she doesn’t give a toss. Because of this, she can be very cruel at times, if she doesn’t think someone is worth pretending to. She’s also extremely prideful, and in many ways, regards herself as above other people; after all, since she’s met the Master, she’s had the world at her feet.

It’s worth noting that she detests silence- absolutely cannot stand it.
